Men's Cross Country Starts 2023 with Third Place Finish at Jim Sheehan Memorial XC Meet
Fitchburg, Mass. - The Framingham State University men's cross country team begins the 2023 season this morning with a third-place finish at the Jim Sheehan Memorial Meet hosted by Fitchburg State University.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

The Rams claimed the third spot finishing with 68 points and an average time of 35:55 for the 8K course. The Rams finished just behind Worcester State who took the second spot with 59 points.

The Rms top finisher was Patrick Walsh who crossed the line in third place finishing with a time of 30:00.

Logan Crow followed next for the Rams at 32:51, while Parker Winters crossed next at 35:38.

Bruno Barbosa opened the season with a time of 37:38, whil Ayden Giombetti and Ben Hurney followed at 43:30 and 44:46.
