Men's Cross Country Finishes Third at Jim Sheehan Invitational

Fitchburg, Mass. - The Framingham State University cross country team opened the season today finishing in third place at the Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational hosted by Fitchburg State University.

- Location: Athletic Center Fitchburg, Mass.  

INSIDE THE NUMBERS: 

  • The Rams finished the day in third place behind winner UMass Dartmouth and second place finisher Fitchburg State. 

  • Leading the way for the Rams was Parker Winters who completed the 8K course in a time of 32:09 which was good enough to place 15th. 

  • Following Winters was Josh Perrier and PJ Pharmer who crossed the line back-to-back at 32:39 and 32:42. 

  • Manny Miranda was next to finish for the Rams at 34:29, while Bruno Barbosa followed at 39:40. 

  • Rounding out the field for the Rams were Will Jokic and Jordan Porter at 41:22 and 42:41. .
