Men’s Cross Country Finishes Fifth at 2019 MASCAC Championships
Paxton, Mass. – The Framingham State University men's cross country team placed fifth at the 2019 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championships at Moore State Park this afternoon.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- The Rams paced fifth at the conference championship meet this morning as the Bears of Bridgewater State won the MASCAC Title placing first with 37 total points.
- Freshman Miguel Torres (Milford, Mass.) once again led the way for the Rams crossing the line in 22nd place with a time of 29:02, while sophomore Kevin Durant (Lynn, Mass.) followed in 24th for the Rams crossing the line in a time of 29:11.
- Freshman Cullen Lancaster (Mansfield, Mass.) and classmate Jaydon Kinuthia (Leominster, Mass.) followed crossing 33rd and 34th with time of 30:32 and 30:34.
- Freshman Manny Miranda (West Springfield, Mass.) was fifth Rams to finish the race completing the course in a time of 30:44.
- Freshman Alexander Portanova (Walpole, Mass) and P.J. Pharmer (Peru, Mass.) rounded out the top seven for the Rams finishing in 45th and 48th places with times of 31:24 and 31:37.
