Men's Cross Country Finishes 12th at Suffolk Invitational

Boston, Mass. – Freshman Kevin Durant (Lynn, Mass.) was the Rams top finisher as the Framingham State University men's cross country team finished in 12th place at Suffolk Invitational this afternoon.

 

THE BASICS:

- Finish: Framingham State finished in 12th place, while Tiffin finished in first place.

Location: Franklin Park – Boston, Mass.

 

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

  • Freshman Kevin Durant (Lynn, Mass.) led the Rams completing the 8K course in a time of 29:21 which landed him in 33rd place.
  • Finishing next for the Rams were freshman Benjamin Matson (Plymouth, Mass.) and sophomore Logan Cochran (Marlborough, Mass.) who finished at 32:37 and 32:47 respectively.
  • Following not far behind was freshman Kamrin Macfarland (Plymouth, Mass.) at 33:07 and Adam Banat at 34:57.  Rounding out the field for the Rams was freshman Andy Zhang (Medford, Mass.) who crossed the line in a time of 36:32.

The Rams are idle next week, but are back in action Saturday, October 27th at the MASCAC Championships.
