Sturzo Selected MASCAC Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

Framingham, MA – Junior goalkeeper Joseph Sturzo (Lowell, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending October 29th.  

Sturzo earns defensive player of the week honors after posting a pair of shutouts with a 1.000 save percentage and a 0.00 GAA in the final week of the regular season. Sturzo turned away six shots in the Rams 1-0 win over Fitchburg State and made 10 stops earlier in the week in a 1-0 win over UMass Boston.
