De Souza & Cassemiro Earn MASCAC Weekly Awards

Framingham, Mass.- Framingham State senior Isaac De Souza (Sao Paulo, Brazil) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Soccer Player of the Week and freshman Gustavo Cassemiro (Minas Gerais, Brazil) has been named MASCAC Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 2nd.

DeSouza scored two goals and added an assist in a 2-0 week for the Rams. He scored a goal in the 5-1 win over Lesley University and added a goal and an assist in the first 23 minutes of play in the 7-1 win over Fitchburg State.

Cassemiro collected six points on two goals and two assists in a 2-0 week for the Rams. He scored two goals in the 5-1 win over Lesley University and added two assists in the 7-1 win over Fitchburg State.
