Crosby and Dias Named LEC All-Academic

Framingham, Mass. - A total of 329 student-athletes, including two from the Framingham State University field hockey team, have been honored by the Little East Conference (LEC) with selection to the league's Fall 2018 All-Academic Team as announced earlier today by the LEC Conference Office.

The two honorees from the 2018 field hockey team are sophomore Gina Crosby (Westford, Mass.) who is studying Elementary Education and sophomore Marissa Dias (Attleboro, Mass.) who is studying Marketing.

To be honored with selection to the LEC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must be at least in sophomore standing in the classroom, have a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher through the previous semester, and have been at their current institution for at least one full academic year.
