Stanfield Lands on D3football.com Preseason All-America Team

Framingham, Mass. – Senior center Nick Stanfield (Everett, Mass.) has been selected to the D3football.com preseason All-America Second Team as announced this morning.

Stanfield, a three year starter for the Rams, is coming off a solid junior season that saw him earn multiple post-season honors.  Stanfield was recognized by the New England Football Writers as a Division II/III All-New England selection in addition to being named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Offensive Lineman of the Year as well as a first team all-conference selection.  Stanfield was the anchor of the Rams offensive line starting all 11 games and anchoring the line that allowed just eight sacks on the year.  The Rams had the second most potent offense in the conference averaging 423 yards per contest and scoring over 34 points per game.
