Bio

Sean Trindall has been selected the next Framingham State University Head Baseball Coach as announced by Director of Athletics Tom Kelley.

"Sean brings a tremendous amount of Division III coaching experience to our program," said Kelley. "He has worked with many Division III baseball coaching legends and gained valuable knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be successful on the field and on the recruiting trail that make him a great fit to continue the recent success of our baseball program."

Trindall brings a wealth of Division III coaching experience to the Rams. Most recently, Trindall served as the Co-Director of Baseball Camps and assisted with recruiting at Amherst College in addition to a stint as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Curry College.

Prior to Curry, Trindall spent time at Clark University as the Cougars assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. While at Clark, the program set the school record for wins in each of his first three seasons and the teams broke over 25 team and individual offensive records. While at Clark, Trindall worked with the head coach on all aspects of the program including recruiting student-athletes, organizing fundraising activities and community service projects. In addition, he assisted with the practice preparation, game scheduling, travel coordination and academic support of the student-athletes.

Prior to Clark University, Trindall was an assistant coach at Brandeis University where he helped oversee all aspects of the program including recruiting, coaching the outfielders both in the field and at the plate. Trindall's additional experience including time coaching at the high school level including Randolph High School and Wayland High School.

Trindall takes over a Rams baseball program coming off their best season to date. The 2023 Rams went 26-15 overall and 15-6 in MASCAC play capturing the programs first MASCAC Regular Season Title and earning them the top seed in last year's MASCAC Tournament.
